The Wazwan is a traditional feast, cooked on an open fire, taking many hours to prepare and consumed communally among the menfolk. This one was to celebrate the opening of a new Hotel in Gulmarg, Hotel Zahgeer Continental. Gulmarg is the skiing capital of India and is a very beautiful location.
